There is a pub in Highgate, North London that has built a large seated area which is closed on just three sides and has electric infra red heaters. When i visited the pub midweek in May, there were as many people sitting outside the pub under the heaters as inside. You know when it's chilly outside and you go for a swim - the heated water keeps you warm, but once you get out all wet - you are freezing no matter how fast you try to put your clothes on. Having a heater in a certain area will help you to stay warm once you are out of the water. <
