The great advantage of swim spas is that they are small relative to a full size pool but allow triathlon level endurance training as well as aquatic gym style work outs.

The supprt that water offers makes them ideal for people who cannot exercise normally, perhaps as a result of a sports injury or simple old age.

They also look great when fully built into a well designed space.

Finally, they are a fraction of the cost of a full size swimming pool and cost very little to maintain.

All in all, a perfect solution for many needs.<
