Solar ovens are in, BBQ's are out ( well, soon perhaps)
However trendy or design your barbecue or new outdoor kitchen is, if it is not solar fueled then you are not top of the trend. Sorry!
I have not managed to source any solar ovens by a major traditional brand.
The image here is from USO .
For a great demonstration on how it works and (sometimes fails) in NY by a chef see video here http://www.unitedsolarenergy.com/products/solar_oven/001.shtml.
I guess to get a set up, the best option is to look at what this is all about in the video shown below and then Google a source near you.Or challenge your garden design to sort it out!

Hi Ann,
I really like your blog! I don't understand why you do it? I have two websites 1. www.glenstonelandscapes.co.uk second one if i could i'd take everything you've done over the past 8 month since i've seen your site and put it in my articles ect. I like the way you put together your links the sales of your book links and everything else. So to be blunt please can you look at my up and coming site and see if you'd be willing to let me so called copy paste your work as i don't have much time being hands on in the garden. I'm finding it hard to do the contents of my site. Please let me know if you get his as i'm not sure this will get to you.
